CONDITIONS are observations of the game that a CHARACTER usually watches. They describe things that are true, false, happening, or sensed.
A CHARACTER can only observe CONDITIONS that are within their SENSES. If a CONDITION cannot be sensed, it cannot be used.
Some CONDITIONS are used to trigger HOLD. Some CONDITIONS are used for spell crafting or machines.
The occurrence of an ACTION or ACTION TYPE that you can SENSE.
